Terms & Conditions of Use for the 3d66 Platform

This document sets out the rules and conditions binding on all users of the 3d66 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

3d66 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request supporting documents where necessary. Users who provide false information risk having their account suspended or terminated without prior notice.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Registration & Account Information

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 3d66. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated. You are responsible for ensuring that your full name, phone number, email address, and banking information are accurate and kept up to date should any changes occur.

Password Security & Access

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 3d66 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility unless proven otherwise.

Prohibited Conduct on the Platform

Users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the 3d66 platform:

Using automated software, bots, or scripts to influence game outcomes or the betting process;
Sharing your account or allowing third parties to access it;
Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform or manipulate the payment system;
Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the platform;
Threatening, harassing, or deceiving support staff or other users.

Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions

All financial transactions on the 3d66 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include local bank transfers, digital wallets such as Boost and Touch 'n Go, and other payment methods listed in your account's deposit section.

Deposit processing times vary depending on your chosen payment method. Digital wallet deposits are typically credited within minutes, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank. 3d66 is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems or third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the 3d66 account holder. All withdrawal requests are subject to internal verification and may be delayed if the account requires additional security review. 3d66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy

3d66 Liability Limits

3d66 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis with no guarantees of continuous availability or freedom from technical interruptions. The platform may undergo scheduled or unscheduled maintenance downtime. 3d66 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of technical disruptions, internet connectivity failures, or inability to access the platform at a desired time. 3d66's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount of unused deposits held in that user's account.

Account Suspension and Closure

3d66 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if:

The user violates any provision of these terms;
There are signs of fraudulent activity or money laundering;
The user is found to have registered multiple accounts;
The user fails to complete the identity verification process within the specified timeframe.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law

Intellectual Property

All content on the 3d66 platform — including the brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, icons, and software code — is the exclusive property of 3d66 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, republish, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from 3d66.

Third-Party Links

The 3d66 platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment providers and game suppliers. 3d66 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk and is subject to the respective third party's terms of service.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
